About us
It all began with a simple idea that two parties could resolve their disputes voluntarily. Arbitration a process where parties involved in a dispute agree to resolve it through a neutral arbitrator, whose decision is legally binding and enforceable. This means the parties waive their right to a traditional court trial and must abide by the arbitrator's ruling, typically with limited or no ability to appeal.
